It is partially made of mesh, which ensures good breathability and speeds up drying. A panel of soft material is sewn into the inside that absorbs sweat from the forehead well. There are 3 loops on the back of the hat: the two side loops are used to attach the camouflage, and the lower one allows you to attach the hat to your uniform sweatshirt. The hat has two Velcro panels (one at the top, the other at the back) for attaching IR markers or other markings. In the upper part there is a mesh pocket that will accommodate small, flat objects, e.g. map or a small signal panel.
