Returns Policy

Kiwi Tac & Outdoors provides quality products to our customers. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we will provide a store credit via email within 10 working days of receiving your item(s). Item(s) are to be returned in re-sellable condition with original tags and packaging if applicable.

Please note Kiwi Tac & Outdoors does not cover return postage costs for returns. The store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue and can be used as payment towards any purchase.

Our returns time frame is 10 working days from when you have received your item. Returns must be in unworn conditions and must have tags attached

Exceptions / non-returnable items:

Kiwi Tac & Outdoors reserves the right not to accept the return of items (including faulty items) if it falls under the following:

• Change of mind purchases

• Custom products such as special or procured orders or personalized items

• Any item of clothing/equipment that has not been returned with tags 

• Any items of clothing or footwear that has been worn

• Garments or items that have been altered in anyway 

• Damage caused by neglect or misuse (for example, treatment inconsistent 

with the product’s care instructions)

• Items marked as Final Sale are not returnable and cannot be returned.

• We cannot accept returns on gift cards.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the credit was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically receive a credit note via email.
